The Rise and Fall of TSM Valorant — From the Best to Total Disaster

In Valorant’s early days, TSM were the dominant force in North America.

Their roster was consistently picking up titles and developing into superstars of the esport. With the arrival of the Valorant Champions Tour in 2021, TSM were ready to prove themselves as the best in the region, and perhaps the world.

But just as the VCT was getting into full gear, TSM’s performances inexplicably imploded.

They were unable to qualify for any significant tournaments, they missed out on every international LAN and fell a mile adrift of the pack.

2020 may have been littered with tournament victories, but 2021 was nothing short of a disaster.
